Your purchase agreement

These terms cover purchases from Wyevcqro™, owned and operated by Shenzhen Hexuan Technology Co., Ltd. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of the purchase terms. Privacy and website access are addressed in separate pages. Nothing in these terms removes a protection that cannot legally be waived.

You must have legal capacity to make the purchase. If ordering for someone else, you must be authorized to provide their delivery information. The company address is Room 201, No. 5, Lane 6, Bo'an, Liuyue South Community, Henggang Subdistrict, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China.

Product selection and compatibility

The description and package contents for the selected model determine what is supplied. Review its intended use, input voltage and frequency, plug or charging connection, size, and included accessories before ordering. Contact us about missing or inconsistent information. We remain responsible for supplying goods that match their description and meet applicable requirements.

Lighting and screens may affect the appearance of a finish. Minor visual differences do not excuse a material mismatch in function, specification, or supplied accessories. No general statement in these terms creates a safety certification, waterproof rating, universal charging compatibility, or medical claim.

Price and acceptance

Your order total and payment currency are displayed before payment. Promotions apply only on their stated conditions. We will not increase an accepted order's price without your agreement. If a material error or stock problem prevents acceptance, we will explain it and offer cancellation with a full refund rather than substitute another product without permission.

An order-receipt message is an acknowledgment. The purchase is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. Payment may be processed earlier. If we decline the order, we release any authorization or refund captured funds to the original method.

Cancellation and fulfillment

Send cancellation requests to service@wyevcqro.com within 12 hours of ordering. We hold dispatch during that period and accept timely requests without a cancellation fee. After that period, cancellation remains available until carrier handover; after handover, follow the return process or any applicable statutory cancellation right. An accepted cancellation refund is submitted within 5 business days, or sooner where required by law.

Orders ship from mainland China. Processing takes 2–4 business days and standard transit is estimated at 8–15 business days after dispatch. Charges appear at checkout. We retain responsibility for delivery until you or your designated recipient takes physical possession, subject to any lawful exception for an independently appointed carrier. Delay does not eliminate our responsibility to provide a remedy.

Returns and product faults

Eligible change-of-mind requests are accepted within 45 calendar days after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover necessary remedy costs for confirmed defects, transit damage, incorrect goods, or material description errors. A statutory claim is not restricted to 45 days or conditioned on keeping original packaging.

Ordinary returns are assessed within 3 business days of receipt, followed by refund submission within 5 business days, no more than 8 business days after receipt. Shorter statutory rules take priority. Additional commercial warranties apply only if expressly offered for the product, and do not replace statutory guarantees.

Safe household use

Follow the supplied instructions and use a compatible power source. Do not bypass safety features, open battery packs, use damaged charging accessories, or immerse electrical parts unless the model is rated for it. Unplug before cleaning and keep small detachable parts away from young children. Stop using a product that appears unsafe and contact us.

We may decline a claim only to the extent the problem was caused by misuse, accidental damage, or an unauthorized modification, where permitted by law. Opening packaging or performing ordinary inspection does not by itself remove defect rights.

Responsibility and dispute resolution

We are responsible for obligations and remedies imposed by applicable law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, injury caused by negligence, or liabilities that cannot be excluded. No clause transfers all delivery or product-safety risk to the customer.

Contact us first if you would like help resolving a concern; this does not prevent a complaint, chargeback, or court claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to mandatory protections available in your place of residence. This clause does not require you to surrender a lawful right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
