Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 16, 2026
Who handles your information
Shenzhen Hexuan Technology Co., Ltd., operating the Wyevcqro™ store, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our business address is Room 201, No. 5, Lane 6, Bo'an, Liuyue South Community, Henggang Subdistrict, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China. Contact service@wyevcqro.com or +86 17385865406 for privacy questions.
Information used to run the store
When you place an order or contact us, we process information such as your name, email, telephone number, delivery and billing addresses, purchased products, payment status, shipment details, and customer-service correspondence. If you create an account, we also process account identifiers and saved preferences.
A product-support request may include a model number, serial number, photographs, or a video you choose to provide. Avoid including unrelated people, private documents, or unnecessary personal details in those files. Buying an appliance does not, by itself, give us access to activity in your home. Any connected feature that requires separate data processing must be explained before you activate it.
The store and its service providers also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, visited pages, cart activity, and cookie identifiers to deliver and protect the website.
Why we process it
We use information to take payment, fulfill and track orders, provide support, handle product faults and safety notices, administer returns, prevent fraud, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. Where optional analytics or marketing tools are enabled, we use their information only as permitted by applicable law and your choices.
Where a legal basis is required, order administration relies on performance of a contract; legal recordkeeping relies on legal obligations; appropriate security and service-improvement activities rely on legitimate interests after considering your rights; and optional marketing or technologies rely on consent where required. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Service providers and disclosures
Our Shopify storefront, payment providers, fulfillment and delivery partners, customer-support services, and other necessary operational providers receive the information needed to perform their roles. Their processing may also be governed by their own privacy notices. Shopify describes its practices at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
We may disclose information to professional advisers, authorities, or courts where legally required, or in connection with a business transfer under appropriate confidentiality safeguards. We do not sell customer information for money. If advertising technologies disclose data in a way treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, the relevant opt-out rights still apply.
Cookies and your choices
Essential technologies support functions such as the cart, checkout, security, and account access. Optional analytics and advertising technologies must not operate before consent where consent is required. Where these tools are enabled, the store's privacy controls describe the categories and allow applicable choices.
You may also manage cookies in your browser or email us about privacy choices. Blocking essential cookies may affect checkout. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control. Unsubscribe links in marketing emails allow you to stop promotional messages; essential order and safety communications may still be sent.
Retention and international processing
We retain order and accounting records for 6 years after the transaction, support case records for 2 years after closure, and routine security logs for up to 12 months, unless a different period is required by law or an active dispute, safety issue, or investigation justifies longer retention. We review inactive account information after 24 months. Marketing consent and suppression records are retained as needed to document and honor your choices. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable backup and legal requirements.
Our company operates in China, and providers may process data in other countries. Where a cross-border transfer requires protection, we use an applicable recognized mechanism, such as contractual safeguards, and other required measures. You can contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
Requests and complaints
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, withdraw consent, or opt out of regulated advertising disclosures. California residents may have rights to know, correct, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not penalize customers for exercising a privacy right.
Email service@wyevcqro.com with the subject “Privacy request” and tell us the right you want to exercise. We may request proportionate verification, but do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate process. Authorized representatives must demonstrate authority. We respond within the applicable legal deadline, generally one month or 45 days depending on the request and jurisdiction, and explain any permitted extension. You may appeal where available or complain to your relevant supervisory authority.
Children and information security
The store is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but cannot guarantee that any system is completely secure.
Changes to this notice
We update the effective date when this policy changes and provide further notice where required. Materially different uses of personal information require any additional notice or consent prescribed by law.
